Spring Turn On Services With Wilcox Bros

TWO maintenance programs to assist our customers in keeping their irrigation system running as efficiently as possible. A properly maintained system uses less water and is healthier for your lawn and landscape. It’s all about water efficiency to minimize waste—more green for the gallon.

1. PRIORITY ONE SERVICE BENEFITS INCLUDE:

PRIORITY SCHEDULING:
We understand that it is difficult to be available for appointments. We hope to provide our “Priority One Service” customers with more options to accommodate their busy lifestyle. Your appointment requests will be given PRIORITY. Due to the overwhelming demand for spring turn-ons, we are reserving the month of May for “Priority One Service” customers; however, you may choose any week you desire.

SPRING TURN-ON AND INSPECTION:
Our service technician will turn on the water to your sprinkler system, pressure test mainline and valves, check proper operation of sprinkler heads and valves—clean out debris if needed and program the irrigation controller for spring operation. We will also check the entire system for optimum coverage and performance and adjust heads as needed, identify any leaks, broken heads/nozzles, and potential problems. Upon completion, we will suggest repairs or upgrades (if needed) for better performance.

FALL WINTERIZATION AND SHUT DOWN:
Remove water from all irrigation lines (blown out with a large volume air compressor), winterize backflow prevention devices or lake pumps (water removed from all exposed outdoor pipe and equipment).

• 10% DISCOUNT ON ALL PARTS:
  When repairs are needed, all parts will be discounted 10%.
• NO TRIP CHARGE FEES:
  The usual $50.00 trip fee will be waived whenever we visit your home during the contract period.

There is a minimal cost to become a “Priority One Service” customer. Please call for your special price for this program. But remember, this includes priority service, spring turn-on, winterization, discounted parts, and no trip charge fees.

2. PRIORITY ONE “PLUS” SERVICE BENEFITS INCLUDE:

Priority One “Plus” includes all of the benefits listed above, PLUS the MIDSUMMER CHECK-UP, INSPECTION & ADJUSTMENTS:

• ADDITIONAL SERVICE:
  Our service technician will check the proper operation of sprinkler heads and valves—clean out debris if needed—and check the entire system for optimum coverage and performance. They will be looking for excessive wet or dry spots and adjust heads as needed. We will also identify leaks, broken heads/nozzles, and potential problems, suggest repairs or upgrades for better performance, and reprogram the irrigation controller for summer operation.
